EEC Class on Undernet #EEC-EFI
Special thanks to Mike Wesley, Owner of C&M Racing/Autologic, for conducting
the first class on Ford EEC. There was quite a turnout and it was very
informative and we're hoping that Mike will do this every Wednesday at
9pm EST.

Gateway Rumble; St. Louis, Missouri.
There was quite a big turnout. Some of the guys from the #Ford channel
made it there including: Frank5L,
Oporto, Nautica, VerotiK, BBBAD50, CJohnson, Mikejb, and Mike Wesley.
Kevin (Oporto) ran a best of
12.03, Mikejb with a 15.004, Nautica (Sean) with a 13.995 which won him
2nd in trophy class, and
CJohnson (Chris) was running in the mid-high 9's, Mike Wesley was doing
what he does best, tuning a blower cars computer. The weather was cool
Saturday and looked
like rain, but it cleared off. There were many good runs with many cars
reaching 10-12 second
quarters. There was even a 97' Explorer running 18's and a 97 Contour.
Along with all these
good runs, there were the Jet cars, which ran 6's, with one breaking
into the high 5's@260+mph.
They ended up setting the smoke alarms off in the tower. Kevin barely
made it after breaking a
piston early in the week, and ended up staying up all night replacing it
just to make it to the
Rumble. He does not recommend Hypereutectic pistons. There was a
burnout contest also, with
the winner driving a F-150 4x4. We all had a great time and can't wait
for GTG 98 in Bowling
Green, Kentucky for the 2nd annual #Ford reconciliation.
